The only place that I know of that still has pay phones is the hospital. I used it a couple years ago, but I've seen them there as recently as last year ('cause I don't usually hang around hospitals very often) :)It still cost $0.25, too.
Saw one? Probably last month or so. Used one? Long time ago. I don't even know.
In the airport... but thank goodness I never have to use one.... think of the germs!
